Conversations With My Father - Last Chapter First
One day I asked my father to talk to me about his life experiences, his upbringing, his ministry and his move to Canada. Unbeknownst to him, I recorded the entire two hour conversation. I ended up discovering a lot bout him that I didn’t know that evening. Everything from his abusive father to the ambitions of his youth, his zeal for God and his core values. 2 hours of my father expressing himself, opening himself up like he never has.
I decided thaI would create a little series in which I’d edit out different parts of the conversation that relate to each other and put it together as separate creative pieces each representing a facet of his life. One for his childhood, one for his ambitions, one for his spiritual values etc. However instead of starting with one of these pieces I’m going to first release what wouldv’e been the last episode.
At the end of it all I asked him one final question. I asked him what he thought his greatest accomplishment was in life, and this is how he responded…
